Summary
The main event this month was of course the Winter 2022 Election. There were six candidates this election, with Kendal Hampton being a suppressed candidate, and Ian Hampton being an involuntary candidate. This election stood out for several reasons. For one, Izzy openly rigged the election by awarding bonus points to several candidates including herself. Secondly, it had the lowest turnout since the Summer 2019 Election. Despite these factors, Charlie won a decisive victory and was declared the winner of the election.

December 1st of 2022 - The Willemstan Winter 2022 Election began.
December 3rd of 2022 - Andrew Batten registered as a candidate for the Winter 2022 Election.
December 6th of 2022 - Charlie Nolan registered as a candidate for the Winter 2022 Election.
December 6th of 2022 - Izzy Beckhorn registered as a candidate for the Winter 2022 Election. She did this despite the term limit restrictions outlined in the New Articles of Willemstan.
December 12th of 2022 - Kendal Hampton registered as a candidate for the Winter 2022 Election. Not only did he copy paste Izzy's policies again, he copied everyone's. In response, Izzy deleted his campaign announcement notice in #election.
December 12th of 2022 - Malcolm Hollingworth registered as a candidate for the Winter 2022 Election.
