Background
As a part of the conspiracy to shift votes onto Sean Kavanagh during the Winter 2020 Election, Charlie dropped out of the election and endorsed Sean for Dictator. At the time, it was legal to drop out of elections and recast your ballot, which made it advantageous to try and pool like-minded citizens onto one candidate.
Analysis
This was the first time in which an election candidate dropped out of the election to endorse another. This practice was banned in subsequent elections.
