The Willemstan Whatsapp group was created by Ian Hampton on September 28th, 2021, as an alternative to Discord to be used during school, as the school blocks Discord on WiFi, but the reptillian overlords overlooked WhatsApp. Similarly to the Willemstan Discord, the WhatsApp is used primarily as a meme chat, and for lamentations about the school. The creation of the WhatsApp gave rise to the Willemstan Secret Police WhatsApp group. Unfortunately, after a few months, activity began to decline, and by early 2022, the group had unofficially disbanded.
